Women in French (WIF) is pleased to invite electronic proposals, in French or English, for special panels related to this year?s theme, showcasing the influence, representation, presence, and achievement of French and Francophone Women from the Middle Ages through the 21st century.
Send panel proposals electronically by April 1, 2011 to wif@asu.edu.
Note that this is a call for panel proposals. The call for paper proposals (both for special panels and individual proposals) will be sent after April 1, 2011.
In case your paper proposal for a special panel is not accepted, you will be able to resubmit it as an individual proposal.
Individual proposals received by wif@asu.edu no later than September 1, 2011 will be collected and a committee will assemble them into panels.
In each case, please include:
Name, affiliation, contact information through spring 2012.
Title of panel proposal, and 200-250 word proposal.
Send the proposals as a word document attachment.
Only emailed submissions to wif@asu.edu will be considered.
