Ideally, the Secretary will be able to attend the RSA conference for each year they hold the position. Current Secretary Grace Coolidge will be happy to assist with the transition period and answer questions. Ideally, the new Secretary will be able to begin shadowing Grace this spring with preparations for RSA (March 20-22) and will be able to take over the position from her in the late spring or early summer.
