La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’\u00e9tude du XVIIe Si\u00e8cle r\u00e9serve, chaque ann\u00e9e, une somme d’un montant maximum de 1500 euros, pour aider, sans exclusive de discipline, \u00e0 la publication d’un ou plusieurs ouvrages traitant du XVIIe si\u00e8cle.

Depuis 1984, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’\u00e9tude du XVIIe Si\u00e8cle d\u00e9cerne, chaque ann\u00e9e, un Prix XVIIe Si\u00e8cle assorti d’une somme de 2000 euros. Ayant pour but d’encourager la diffusion d’un savoir rigoureux aupr\u00e8s du plus large public, ce Prix r\u00e9compense, sans exclusive de discipline, un ouvrage traitant du XVIIe si\u00e8cle, paru l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
