Ce programme est coordonn\u00e9 par Cynthia Brown, professeur \u00e0 l&#8217;UCSB et Anne-Marie Legar\u00e9, professeur d&#8217;histoire de l&#8217;art \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Lille 3. Il permet une r\u00e9elle interactivit\u00e9 entre les chercheurs et les \u00e9tudiants boursiers am\u00e9ricains et fran\u00e7ais travaillant sur l&#8217;art, la culture et la litt\u00e9rature au Moyen \u00e2ge.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"corpsTexte\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"corpsTexte\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2012 sera l&#8217;occasion de cl\u00f4turer ce programme transatlantique fructueux par l&#8217;organisation d&#8217;un colloque international de haut niveau. Ce colloque pluridisciplinaire abordera le m\u00e9c\u00e9nat artistique, bibliophilique et litt\u00e9raire des femmes au Moyen \u00e2ge et durant la premi\u00e8re Renaissance en Europe. Il fera une large place aux recherches historiques, iconographiques et litt\u00e9raires qui peuvent \u00e9clairer le r\u00f4le des femmes dans les domaines de la culture de l&#8217;\u00e9crit et de l&#8217;image \u00ab arts du manuscrit enlumin\u00e9, de l&#8217;incunable et de l&#8217;imprim\u00e9 illustr\u00e9s \u00ab et de la litt\u00e9rature \u00bb traductions, adaptations, commentaires, formes abr\u00e9g\u00e9es \u00bb , que ce soit en contexte profane ou religieux.
